Is the mod loaded?

Check the mods list in-game (or your launcher) for Beep's Other End. If it's missing, double-check you're running Forge (not NeoForge or Fabric) for Minecraft 1.20.1, and that the jar is in your mods folder.

New End content isn't generating

Content like Membrane and Enlyum only generates in new end island chunks. visiting already-generated islands won't retroactively add it. Try a fresh end island or a new world.

Check your logs!

Check your console/log for errors, especially on world load. The latest.log file in your instance's logs folder may have more detail on what went wrong.
