Kao

A purplish take on Oak that generates naturally in the End.

Growing your own​

Plant a Kao Sapling on End Stone, dirt, or farmland — it grows into a real tree over time, just like a vanilla sapling.

Natural generation​

Kao trees generate on their own in the End Highlands and Midlands, including occasional small clusters — you don't have to plant every one yourself.

Button & pressure plate​

These behave a little differently from vanilla:

  • Kao Button — normally sits powered. Right-clicking it depowers it briefly (1.5 seconds) before it flips back on, rather than a normal momentary press.
  • Kao Pressure Plate — stepping on it powers it, but unlike a vanilla plate it stays powered after you step off. Right-click it to turn it back off.
